~Jaded Souls~ - Jaded Rules & Policies

GENERAL RULES
The following is a list of general rules for Jaded Souls. Our rules are simple and for the most part common sense. Members of the guild are expected to know these rules and follow them to the best of their ability.

All members of Jaded Souls are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner in guild, group, raid, realm forums, and in the world of Azeroth. Remember, you are an ambassador for our guild. Everything you do while the Jaded Souls guild tag is under your name reflects on everyone else in the guild. We will not allow one person to harm our well-earned reputation.
Any member caught utilizing hacks or bots or in any other way intentionally violating the Blizzard Terms of Service will be subject to formal discipline up to and including removal from the guild
Harassment of guild mates and Officers is not tolerated. Harassment includes forum flaming, verbal harassment and any/all forms of sexual and racial harassment. Anonymity of the 'net doesn't give you the right to harass other players.
The following topics are off-limits in guild chat, vent, group chat and raid chat: Religion & politics.
Refrain from vulgar and obscene language/topics in chat channels as well as Vent. Though we understand that an occasional curse may slip, repeated occurrences will be corrected. This policy relaxes during late night hours when only adults are online.
Though we understand that real life often leads to extended time away from the game, we do expect members to be relatively active. If a player is merely logging in and then immediately logging out and not active in groups, instancing or socializing that player and all characters associated with that player may be removed due to inactivity. This does not apply to real life situations like jobs, vacations, and breaks from the game. Please notify an Officer if you will be taking an extended leave and we will not remove your characters.
All members must register on the site and are responsible for staying up-to-date on policy. Ignorance of posted policy will not be accepted as an excuse for violating it.
Members of Jaded Souls are required to be self-sufficient. It is natural to seek help at times for tough quests but repeated requests for coin, or power leveling is not acceptable. Do not expect higher levels to drop all that they're doing to come to your aid. Please be patient and considerate when asking for assistance.
Drama is not welcome here. There is no "three strikes you're out" policy in place with this guild. If any member incites drama that causes unrest within the guild they will be warned one time only. If the behavior continues they will be removed from the guild without warning and banned permanently.

Jaded Souls does not have a revolving door. It is every player's right to move on to other guilds but the following scenarios are subject to a vote by all officers and guild leader before a member can be re-admitted to the guild:

DELETION OF CHARACTER

The reasons for deletion are none of our business but whether or not you return to the guild is.

ABRUPT LEAVE W/O NOTICE TO OFFICER(S) OR GUILD LEADER

Quitting the guild without notice is entirely your choice but again, it is up to leadership whether you may return to the guild if you left without a goodbye, left on bad terms etc.

Members whose accounts are "hacked" once may be removed at the Guild Leader's discretion based upon circumstance. Members whose accounts are "hacked" multiple times WILL be removed from the guild with no chance of return. Inability to protect your account makes you a liability to the guild.
Have fun! This guild was created for players who are here to have fun. Our members understand that this is just a game and that our friendships, our family and our real life responsibilities come first. If you're not having fun, take a break or move on.
