To view our current raiding schedule please hover your mouse over the dates in the Calendar to your right. There are certain things I can't say enough and so I'll reiterate once again:
Raiding for Jaded Souls means doing it as a guild and helping all those guild mates who are interested in any current raid instance from the entry level to the highest tier. That being said, we are serious about progression. Our raiding goal is to clear all end-game content of the current content patch. Raiders are expected to be knowledgeable about their class and be fully prepared for the event.
Here's the lowdown on our Raid rules:
GENERAL RAIDING RULES:1. Members must use the website calendar for raid sign-ups. The sign-ups open eight days prior to the event and close when the event is scheduled to start.
2. If you sign up for a run, please make sure that you are able to be present for the entire run. If you know that you'll have to leave early (work, class), please say so in your sign up note. Unless otherwise noted, raids are expected to last a minimum of 4 hours.
3. Please come prepared and repaired. Nothing kills morale more than having to sit around and wait well past start time for people to repair gear or buy consumables. Events are posted with enough advance warning.
4. Keep AFKs to a minimum. We understand that real life happens but please don't hold up the raid because you're out of smokes and need to run to the local convenience store.
5. Keep the vent channel clear during fights so that members can hear instructions from the raid leader or designated player.
6. Though the raid leader may ask for suggestions or input from the raid group pertaining to the event... the raid lead has final say on strats or calling the raid.
7. Though Jaded Souls may decide to invite non-guilded members to assist with the raid, at NO time may a spot in the raid be given to an non-member if there is an interested guildmate who is present for the event.
8. Any member who takes a non-guild group through a JS saved instance will be immediately removed from the guild with no chance of return.
9. Any member who ninjas loot, whether it be in a guild run or as a member of a 5-man heroic pug, will be immediately removed from the guild with no chance of return.
10. Members who cause drama by inciting arguments or causing undue stress for a raid group will be removed from the raid and may be suspended from further raiding dependent upon the severity of the incident.
REQUIRED MODS / APPLICATIONS1. BigWigs (preferred) or DeadlyBossMods
2. Tanks and dps: A threat meter of your choice (such as Omen3)
3. oRA2 (preferred)
4. Ventrilo (microphone recommended but not required)
5. Paladins: ZOMGBuffs or PallyPower
MINIMUM CLASS REQUIREMENTS TO BEGIN RAIDING (Ulduar(10) is the entry level raid)- Tanks must meet the baseline Defense requirement to be uncrittable (540 for Warriors, Death Knights and Paladins.)
- Healing classes must have a minimum of 1500 spellpower.
- DPS classes must be able to maintain a minimum of 2000 sustained DPS on a Heroic Training Dummy.
We recommend a site such as

LOOT RULES 1. Players are limited to 1 boss-dropped Epic item or 1 Tier token per saved instance
that there is competition for. "Trash" drops are counted separately unless otherwise noted by the Raid Leader at the time.
2. Sometimes items may be given out to players if they are the only ones present who can use it, or are interested in the item. This will not count against their Tier/Epic limit. We'd rather hand it out than shard it.
3. No one is to roll on items before the RL instructs them to do so.
4. Priority will be given to those classes and specs that epic armor drops are appropriate for. For example, if a cloth healing piece drops priests will be given first opportunity to roll on the item even though paladins could use it. We feel it is unfair to allow a non-appropriate class to have equal chance at lower armor types when those of lower armor type do not have the opportunity to roll on higher armor types. To allow a paladin to win a cloth item when a priest cannot roll on a plate item unfairly penalizes the priest. This rule applies to all items. The Raid Leader will dictate who may roll on every item. If no one of the appropriate class or armor type is interested in the item, it will then be open for roll to everyone else.
5. "Mains" are given priority over "alts". If no mains are interested in the item, alts may then roll on it. The exception to this rule is that if someone's "alt" is requested by the Raid Leader over their "main" due to raid role needs, that alt will have every right to roll on all items as though it was that person's main. Please note that Rule #1 still applies in this case. For example, if a "main" has already won an item in a saved instance, that main may not roll against the "alt" that is also interested in the item. If both have won items in that instance, then the main once again has priority.
6. Main-spec is given priority over off-spec. Example: A leather melee dps item drops. The rogue and feral druid are given first chance to roll (main spec and armor type). If they are not interested, the fury warrior is given the opportunity (main spec but off-armor). If she is not interested, the resto druid may roll (off-spec).
Leadership reserves the right to determine who will roll or who will get a particular item if they feel the need.
Greed is not tolerated here. The quickest way to earn a /gkick out of Jaded Souls is to whine and complain about loot.
We will not progress leaving others behind. As we continue to progress into new content we will continue to run "lower" raids for those that need them.
